By using this website and making a booking, you unconditionally accept the present Terms and Conditions.
These Terms govern the use of the website as well as any booking and payment transactions carried out through it.
2. Booking Terms
A booking is considered valid only after successful payment confirmation.
All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel a booking in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
3. Payment Methods
Payments can be made using credit, debit, and prepaid cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, and Discover.
All payments are processed securely, and the total amount is clearly displayed before completing the transaction.
4. Payment Terms
The card is charged upon completion of the booking process.
The company reserves the right to perform a pre-authorization (hold amount) on the customer’s card, where required, as a guarantee.
Any refunds are processed according to the Cancellation Policy below.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled vehicle pickup.
- If cancellation is made within this time frame → full refund is issued.
- In case of late cancellation or no-show → the company reserves the right to retain the full amount.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 10 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
6. Transaction Security
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Nexi XPay" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A.
The platform uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL) encryption protocol.
Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who is able to decode it using the appropriate key.
7. Personal Data
Personal data provided during the transaction is used solely for processing the booking and improving the customer experience.

8. Electronic Transactions
All electronic transactions carried out through this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions and applicable Greek and European legislation.
