Payment Methods

At Alpha Car Rental, we offer secure and flexible payment options to ensure a smooth booking experience.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments using credit, debit, and prepaid cards, including:

- Mastercard
- Maestro
- Diners
- Discover
 All transactions are processed in Euro (ā‚¬).

Secure Card Payments

All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Nexi XPay" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A.
The platform uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL) to ensure that your payment details are transmitted securely.
Encryption is a method of encoding information so that only the intended recipient can access it.

Payment Process

- The total amount is clearly displayed before completing your booking.
- Your card is charged upon confirmation of the booking
- In some cases, a pre-authorization (hold amount) may be applied as a guarantee

Google Pay & Other Methods

Refunds are processed according to our Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during the booking
- Processing time may take up to 3 to 10 business days.
